SMS Terms & Consent

The short version: we text you only if you ticked the box yourself, we send a handful of messages about your repair and nothing else, and STOP works instantly.

01 How consent is collected

We text you only if you gave us your mobile number and ticked the SMS consent box yourself. Consent is collected in one place: the quote request form at the bottom of our home page.

The checkbox is unticked by default and is never pre-selected. It sits on the final review step, directly above the submit button, where you can see the phone number you entered. This is the exact wording shown beside it:

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase."

Consent is never a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to text messages to request a quote, to book a repair, or to buy anything from us. Leave the phone field empty and we will reach you by email.

We may also text a number you give us verbally on a call, when you ask us to — for example to send you a photo of what we found, or a booking link. We record that request against the call.

A reminder that a core deposit is still refundable, before the return window closes

We do not send recurring marketing blasts, promotional campaigns, or third-party advertising to this program.

03 Message frequency

Message frequency varies. This is a conversational program — the number of messages depends on your repair. A typical job is a handful of messages over a few days, and none afterwards.

04 Cost

We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider for details.

05 How to get help — reply HELP

Text HELP to (844) 946-0098 at any time and you will receive a reply with our name and how to reach us. You can also reach a human directly:

06 How to stop — reply STOP

Text STOP to (844) 946-0098 at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will send you no further texts.

We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email or phone contact, and it does not affect a repair already underway — we will simply call you instead. To rejoin, submit the form again with the box ticked, or text START to the same number.

07 Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and on your device, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message arrives. This program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers.

08 Privacy of your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your phone number and your consent record are used to contact you about your repair and to demonstrate that consent was given. We do not sell them. Our full Privacy Policy describes everything else we collect and why.

09 Age

This program is intended for people aged 18 or older. Do not give us a mobile number that is not yours or that you are not authorized to provide.

10 Changes

We may update these SMS terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will appear here before they take effect. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
