01 The agreement

These terms are between you and Success Agentic Labs ("we", "us"), which operates the PartPilot AI service. Using this website, submitting a quote request, or having us work on your vehicle means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not submit a request.

Where PartPilot is operated by an independent repair shop under licence, the repair contract is between you and that shop; these terms govern your use of the PartPilot service and website.

02 What the service does

PartPilot identifies the part your vehicle needs, checks it against known fitment traps, compares supplier options, and prepares an itemised quote. Where we perform the work, we also fit the part.

The website contains a demonstration of the engine and a dashboard-warning-light reference. Both are general information, not a diagnosis of your vehicle. A warning light means what the standard says it means; what is causing it on your car requires reading the stored codes and testing.

03 Quotes and estimates

A quote is an offer, not a bill. You owe nothing by requesting one, receiving one, or declining one. You owe money when work is authorized and performed, or when a part is ordered on your instruction.

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless the quote itself says otherwise. Parts pricing and availability move, and a supplier can be out of stock by the afternoon.

Where a quote is presented as a range rather than a firm price, that is a statement about the evidence, not a negotiating position: it means at least one input — most often the published labor time for your exact vehicle — has not been confirmed from a licensed source. The quote will say which rung is missing.

If the invoice would exceed the approved amount by more than 10%, we stop and get your authorization again. That threshold is enforced in the software and in the database, not just offered as a courtesy.

Diagnostic fees, where charged, are stated before we start and are credited against the repair if you go ahead with it.

04 Approval and ordering

Nothing is ordered and no work begins until you authorize it. Internally, a purchase additionally requires a named person at the shop to approve it within their own spend limit; the AI cannot approve a purchase, and that restriction is structural rather than a setting.

If we discover something once the vehicle is apart, we tell you what we found and what it changes before continuing. You may decline the additional work; you remain responsible for work already performed and for parts already ordered specifically for your vehicle.

05 Payment, deposits and cancellation

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. A deposit may be required before a part is ordered, particularly for special-order or non-returnable parts; the deposit amount is stated on the quote and applied to the final invoice.

Tax. Sales tax is applied to parts and taxable materials. Separately stated repair and installation labor is not taxed in Georgia, and we do not tax it. Tax is a pass-through — we collect it and remit it, we do not mark it up.

Cancellation. Cancel before the part is ordered and any deposit is refunded in full. Once a part is ordered, we refund the deposit less any supplier restocking charge and shipping actually incurred, and we will tell you those figures. Non-returnable and special-order parts cannot be refunded once ordered.

Storage. Vehicles left more than 15 days after we notify you the work is complete may incur a daily storage charge, which we will tell you about before it starts accruing.

06 Warranty

The warranty attached to your repair is stated on your quote and on your invoice, per part. Different supplier tiers carry different terms, and that difference is shown to you at the point you choose between them — it is a large part of why the cheapest option is not always the recommended one.

Two things worth knowing:

Warranty covers the failure of the part supplied and the labor to replace it, at our shop, within the stated term. It does not cover damage from accident, misuse, continued driving after a fault was reported to you, or an unrelated failure that happens to appear at the same time.

07 Core deposits

Many rebuilt parts — alternators, starters, calipers, some pumps — carry a core charge: a refundable deposit on the old unit, which the supplier wants back. It appears as its own line on your quote and invoice, never buried in the part price.

The deposit is refunded when the old unit is returned to the supplier in returnable condition. The return window starts when the replacement part is received, and is typically 30 days. If you keep the old part, or it is damaged beyond the supplier's acceptance criteria, the core charge is not refundable — and we will tell you that at the time rather than at the end.

08 What the AI is and is not allowed to do

These limits are part of the product, so they are part of the agreement:

Conversely: the AI can be wrong about language, spelling and interpretation, and mishearing "front" as "rear" on a phone call is possible. Check the vehicle and part described on your quote before you approve it. The quote is the authoritative document, not the conversation.

09 Acceptable use of this site

Do not submit false information, other people's personal information without permission, or requests you do not intend to act on. Do not attempt to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the site or the engine behind it. We may decline service to anyone.

10 Intellectual property

The PartPilot AI name, the site, and the software behind it are ours. Vehicle manufacturer names and model names appearing on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the vehicles we service. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by any vehicle manufacturer is implied.

11 Liability

We are responsible for our own workmanship and for the warranty terms stated on your invoice. To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost income, missed appointments, rental costs — arising from a repair or a delay, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law.

The website, the engine demonstration and the warning-light reference are provided "as is" for information.

12 Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Talk to us first — email hello@successagenticlabs.com and we will try to resolve it directly. Disputes we cannot resolve are subject to the courts of the State of Georgia.

13 Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. The terms in force when you approved a repair are the ones that govern that repair.
